Geneva’s management program provides a professional management education from a Christian worldview within the context of a liberal arts curriculum. The program combines coursework in business management and human resource management with a strong business core that provides a foundation in all business disciplines. Students develop a comprehensive skillset to help them lead cross-functional teams.

The learning objectives for management majors are:

  1. Students should be able to demonstrate conceptual knowledge of the various functional areas of business.
  2. Students should be able to carry out problem analysis, synthesis, and evaluation utilizing the appropriate techniques, technical applications, and principles to develop business plans and solutions.
