Geneva College’s human services major is designed to provide students with a theoretical and practical framework that will prepare them for positions in a wide array of agencies, including child and youth services, probation, welfare services, government agencies and community centers. These positions require a thorough understanding of public policy regarding administration and implementation of services as well as professional skills within the helping relationship. Geneva’s bachelor’s in human services provides this training with an emphasis on the consideration of the role of the Christian in service.
