This program offers a variety of choices that include hot entrees, a deli bar, a grill, a wrap station, a salad bar, a read/cereal bar, a self-serve wok/sandwich press/waffle bar, a dessert station, and cold/hot drink options. In addition, a limited-choice food service program is offered on the lower level of the Student Center, the Brigadoon.

*Any student who is away from campus for an academic internship or student teaching requirement (more than 6 academic hours) may apply for a 7-meal plan. This level of meal plan is available for one semester only, and may only be awarded to a student enrolled in the required academic courses for the designated semester. The following semester, the meal plan assignment will automatically revert to a 21 meal plan, unless designated differently in writing and registered with the Residence Life Office.

If a resident student does not designate a choice of a meal plan in writing, a 21 meal plan option will be automatically assigned for them.
