ADP Core and Elective Course Offerings help busy adults who have earned fewer than the 64 credits required to enter Geneva College′s Adult Degree Programs or need additional credits to complete their degree requirements. Through the ADP Core and Elective Course Offerings, you can continue your education in classroom courses and fully online courses.
Upon earning 64 credits, students can enter Geneva College′s accelerated Bachelor′s degree programs such as Organizational Leadership, Management, Human Resources, Human Services or Christian Ministry Leadership.
Students who have completed the 36-credit Adult Degree Programs can enroll in ADP Core and Elective Course Offerings to complete degree requirements for graduation.
ADP Core and Elective courses meet in a comfortable, small group classroom setting or fully online. Classroom courses meet 6 to 10 p.m. one evening a week for eight weeks. We mail textbooks and materials directly to you before class begins or you can purchase textbooks online. You can earn up to 18 credits in the fall and spring terms and up to nine credits during the summer term.
You must have four years of experience after high school to benefit from the accelerated and interactive nature of ADP Core and Elective Course Offerings.
You will need to request an official high school transcript or GED to be sent to Geneva College Adult Degree Programs if you have not attended college previously. If you have already earned some college credits, your counselor will request an official transcript to be sent to Geneva College Adult Degree Programs.
Your enrollment counselor will help you select ADP Core and Elective courses to meet core requirements or elective courses based on your academic goals.
InternshipsStudents enrolled in the Christian ministry leadership, human resources, human services, child and family services, management or organizational leadership majors may enroll in internships for elective credits. You may enroll in an internship during your Adult Degree Programs enrollment or after you have completed the Adult Degree Programs major.
