For the fifth season Zach Feltrop will be on the Geneva College sidelines as an assistant coach. “A leader who portrayed toughness and intelligence as a linebacker during his playing days, Zach has emerged as a fine young coach, “says Coach Geno DeMarco. Last year Feltrop took over the JV football program at Geneva, laying the solid ground work for Coach Mike Sirney to take over the reins in 2015.

One of Geneva’s all-time greats, Feltrop finished his career in 2008 after leading the team in tackles in three of his four seasons. His knowledge of the game on defense and special teams along with his burning desire to learn has been a great resource for the coaching staff. Feltrop, graduated with a degree in business and worked in the construction management field before returning to his alma mater, two years ago to coach the inside linebackers as they build off of last year’s accomplishments.
