Engineering & Computer Science Depaartment

The mission of the Department of Engineering & Computer Science is to glorify God by educating and ministering to a diverse community of students for the purpose of developing professionals who will see their careers as a calling from God in which they may glorify Him and love their neighbors, providing excellent engineering services in an environment of technological change.

Accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, http://www.abet.org, Geneva's general engineering program has been ranked in the Top 90 Best Undergraduate Engineering Programs in the nation by U.S. News & World Report in 2015. And Geneva is one of only 15 CCCU schools in the nation that offers an ABET-accredited, four-year engineering program.

Geneva's computer science program provides a breadth of knowledge through common core courses in programming, software engineering, computer architecture, operating systems and networks, as well as a depth of knowledge in an application area through completion of a minor or second major chosen to complement talents, interests and vocational goals.
