Academic Distinctives

Dr. Cole published a chapter titled, “The Intersection of Academic Life and Student Affairs: Promoting Unity on Campus Through Cooperation” in the book, Reimagining the Student Experience: Formative Practices for Changing Times edited by Brian Jensen & Sarah Visser. This book was published by Abilene Christian University Press in 2019.

Dr. Cole won Geneva College's Excellence in Teaching Award for the 2009 academic year.

Dr. Cole regularly leads students on academic excursions to Rome, Florence, and Venice, drawing on his extensive knowledge of Italian art, architecture, and culture.
