Assistantships
Financial aid in the form of graduate assistantships are available from the graduate counseling office for students who have demonstrated high academic attainment, potential, or financial need. Students should contact the M.A. in Counseling Program Manager's Office to inquire about graduate assistantships. Campus jobs may also be available.
Student Employment
The college offers limited opportunity for student employment on campus in various positions. Students may want to consider working “in the field” by taking positions with one of the counseling agencies in the county. The department will provide some assistance in seeking such a position. Those students registering for a full-time load may find it difficult to work more than 15 hours per week.
