Geneva College offers an innovative and exciting Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) program. Like Geneva College’s other accredited Degree Completion Programs, the MSOL program addresses the needs of working adults. By using a cohort model, students undertake this important educational step as a group of up to 15 students, taking each course together. Students who choose this educational method can complete their Master’s in Organizational Leadership degree in two years. Participants meet one night each week at convenient class locations throughout the greater Pittsburgh area.
Geneva’s Master's in Organizational Leadership program is built on a foundation of Christian ethics and curriculum guidance from a panel of the nation’s most distinguished leadership scholars. With the needs of student leaders of the future in mind, Geneva interviewed area corporate leaders to identify the best ways Geneva’s Master's in Organizational Leadership program could meet the educational and professional needs of employees. This process also included evaluating leadership programs of colleges and universities from across the country. We believe the M.S. in Organizational Leadership result is the perfect mix of theory and field-based application.
Students in the Organizational Leadership master's degree program will study a wide range of leadership topics throughout their two year accelerated program for a total of 36 credit hours.
Like all Geneva’s educational programming, the content of the accredited MSOL program stems directly from Geneva's mission statement to develop servant-leaders. Students experience a biblically based program, which offers lifelong
potential to impact leadership in a variety of organizations throughout Pittsburgh the region.
