BEAVER FALLS, Pa.- Dr. Joanne D. Denko will teach a seminar on, "Collecting Family History for Upcoming Generations," Thursday, Nov. 3 at 7 p.m.
Denko will discuss ways of preserving family experiences, incidents and memories. The talk is interactive and the attendees will be encouraged to offer their ideas and plans during the seminar.
Denko is a psychiatrist and writer. She received her master′s degree in psychiatry from the University of Michigan and earned her medical degree from John Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md. She is consultant to the Ohio Youth Commission.
The seminar will be held in Geneva′s President′s Dining Room, located in Alexander Hall, and is free and open to the public. For more information, contact Diana Patterson at 724-847-6526.
