BEAVER FALLS, Pa. –Dr. Walt Mueller is the founder and president of the Center for Parent/Youth Understanding, a nonprofit organization that serves churches, schools, and community organizations by helping them understand today′s youth culture.

Mueller has worked with young people and families for over 31 years. He spent 16 years in youth ministry, including three years with the Coalition for Christian Outreach. He earned a bachelor of arts in sociology from Geneva College, a master of divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and a doctorate in ministry to postmodern generations from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

He is a sought-after authority on youth culture and family issues, and his media appearances include interviews on CNN, Fox News, and the BBC. He is the author of three books, including Engaging the Soul of Youth Culture: Bridging Teen Worldviews and Christian Truth, I Want to Talk With My Teen About Movies, Music & More, and the Gold Medallion Award winning Understanding Today′s Youth Culture.

Mueller′s commentary and analysis is heard daily on over 775 radio stations across the United States and Canada on CPYU′s daily radio program, “Youth Culture Today.”
