BEAVER FALLS, Pa. -In cooperation with the City of Beaver Falls, Dr. Tom Copeland′s Advanced Public Administration class will present a Beaver Falls Community Health Fair. The event is open and free to the public, and its intent is to raise awareness about important health and safety issues facing Beaver Falls′ residents of all ages. "We hope to provide a large outdoor venue where the Beaver Falls community can receive information from a variety of different health agencies" said Copeland.

The day includes participation from about 20 local community organizations, agencies, businesses and city departments, which will provide free information, activities for children and representatives to address health issues. Some of the organizations which are participating include:

The event will take place in the Beaver County Human Services parking lot at 1020 Eighth Avenue in Beaver Falls on Saturday, April 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. There is no admission fee.
