Geneva’s waiting list in the news

For the first time in its almost 160-year history, Geneva has created a waiting list for incoming students. The reason for the measure is that a self-imposed cap of 425 new students (including freshmen and transfer students) for the fall, 2007 semester was reached. The cap, based on both housing and class availability, meant an increase of more than 15% in new student enrollment at Geneva over the last year.
