Grove City, PA - The Geneva College women′s soccer team knew that it was heading into the toughest part of its 2010 schedule in the next few weeks. Opening up PAC play last week, the Golden Tornadoes were handed another stiff test on Friday and dropped a 5-0 decision to Grove City College. The loss Geneva′s overall record to 9-2-3, which includes a 1-2 mark against PAC competition.

A defensive struggle in the first half saw the Golden Tornadoes take a 1-0 deficit into the halftime break. It wasn′t until five minutes remaining in the first half that the Wolverines broke the scoreless tie.
