Beaver Falls, PA - Christine Bullock enjoyed a perfect week on the tennis court for Geneva College last week. She won both of her singles matches and was a perfect 2-0 in doubles action as she and her Geneva teammates defeated Chatham and LaRoche by identical 5-4 scores. For her efforts, Bullock was named the NCCAA (National Christian College Athletic Association) national player of the week.

Geneva was forced to complete its match against Chatham three days after it began because it was interrupted by rain. When the match resumed, Geneva grabbed its one necessary point to hold off the Celtics for a victory in the Presidentsā€² Athletic Conference opener. Bullock and teammate Julie Kline won their match in #1 singles before she managed a straight set victory in singles.

On Friday, Bullock duplicated her effort with two more victories in singles and doubles to remain perfect for the week and for the season. Geneva takes a 2-1 overall record into the new week where it will play three matches in four days beginning with a home match against Thiel on Wednesday at 5 pm.
