During halftime of Geneva College′s 2012 Homecoming celebration football game, the Homecoming king and queen were crowned by the Geneva College Student Union's Executive President Christian Coleman. The other senior members of the 2012 Homecoming court were Chris Strangfeld (communications, Dillsburg, PA), Maura Allan (human services, Springdale, PA), Garret Biese (biology, Painesville, OH) and Laura Pinkerton (elementary education, Cincinnatus, NY). Accompanying them were junior representatives Pamela Matteo (communications, Irwin, PA) and Jesse Herman (engineering, Greencastle, PA); sophomore representatives Dan Martin (business, Moon Twp, PA) and Abigail Keeler (human services, Beaver Falls, PA); and freshman representatives Michael Brown (Christian ministries, Cranberry Twp, PA) and Melanie Bair (undeclared, Telford, PA).

"It was a great honor to be crowned king," said Brothers. "I am very grateful for the support of my fellow students."

The 2012 theme for Homecoming was "I Spy Geneva." The day included vendor booths along the pedestrian mall, carnival games, musicians, entertainment and more.
