According to U.S. News and World Report, these rankings allow prospective students and their parents to compare "the relative quality of institutions based on such widely accepted indicators of excellence as freshman retention, graduation rates, and the strength of the faculty."

BC_EP.pngOther factors considered when determining the rankings include undergraduate academic reputation, retention, faculty resources, student selectivity, financial resources, graduation rate performance and alumni giving rate.

Regional Colleges are those that offer a wide selection of undergraduate degrees, as well as some master's degree programs. These schools focus on undergraduate education, but grant fewer than 50 percent of their degrees in liberal arts disciplines. Regional Colleges are further divided and ranked in four geographical groups: North, South, Midwest, and West.

For the Best Undergraduate Engineering Programs Rankings, engineering programs are ranked according to a peer assessment survey. To be considered, the highest engineering degree offered by a school must be a bachelor's or master's degree, and the engineering program must be accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, http://www.abet.org.

Geneva College invites students to accept the challenge of an academically excellent, Christ-centered education. Offering nearly 40 undergraduate majors, an Adult Degree Completion Program with fully online and campus-based options, and seven graduate degrees, Geneva has programs that place students at the forefront of higher learning. Adhering to the inerrancy of scripture, the liberal arts core curriculum fosters a breadth of knowledge through the study of humanities, social and natural sciences, and experiential learning.
