Beaver Falls, PA - This week Jeffreys was decorated with another high honor by the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA). Jeffreys received the title of a 2013 Baseball Division I NCCAA All-American for his performance on the mound. Throughout the 2013 season Jeffreys performance racked up a season total of 106 strikeouts while earning a 1.73 ERA. Geneva′s previous school record of 99 strikeouts made in 2009 was shattered opening the door for many more awards to be given to Jeffreys.

Along with breaking the Geneva College′s season strikeout record, Jeffreys was decorated with a variety of awards including; First team All-Presidents′ Athletic Conference (PAC) by the conference coach votes, he received the title of Pitcher of the Year for the NCCAA East Region and Player of the Year in the Region along with a First-team All-Region selection; a rare combination from mound to plate.

On the mound Jeffreys only allotted 13 earned runs in 67.2 innings pitched and walked only nine while striking out 106 batters. During his time at bat, Jeffreys led the Golden Tornadoes with a .414 batting average with 48 hits accounting for six doubles, a triple and three home runs along with 23 RBIs.
