Washington, PA - Geneva Volleyball found their first Presidents′ Athletic Conference (PAC) win in three over Washington & Jefferson Tuesday night. The game contained 25-19, 25-20, 25-23 match results bumping the Golden Tornado record to 5-2, 1-0 in the PAC.

Ashley Davis was unstoppable leading the offense with 20 kills in 40 swings (.500 kill percentage) while only giving up two errors in the three sets. In addition she hit for three aces and found one block in the night′s action. Complimenting Davis was Erin Smith with six kills in ten swings (.500 kill percentage. Deanna Briody set for 31 assists and collected 11 digs. Brie Dickson received 21 digs contributing to the success.

Geneva will enjoy staying in Beaver Falls for a while after only traveling so far in the season. The Golden Tornadoes host the Thomas More Saints on Friday at 7 p.m. Following Friday Geneva will step onto the court again on Saturday for an action packed Saturday. Waynesburg will travel to Beaver Falls for an 11 a.m. game against the Golden Tornadoes and Grove City will face Geneva at 3 p.m.
