Greenville, PA - Geneva Volleyball traveled to Greensville for a conference game against Thiel. The Golden Tornadoes took care of business in three games; 25-21, 25-16, 25-23. The stainless win continues their conference winning streak and improves their record 9-2, 5-0 in the PAC.

A variety of contributors made it a true team win. Kill leader, Grace Hayes, lead with 10 kills in 17 swings while only giving up two errors. Ashley Davis and Rachel Netherland hit for seven kills each followed by Erin Smith with six kills. Both Netherland and Smith kept the net clear, earning two blocks a piece. Setting the attacking game was Deanna Briody with 27 assists. Briody also collected 14 digs and served two aces. Bri Dickson and Davis each fought for 18 digs on the defensive side of the ball.

This weekend Geneva will find plenty of Volleyball action in a four game tournament at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). The Golden Tornadoes will start play at 4 p.m. Friday against CMU followed by a game against Otterbein at 6 p.m. Saturday morning at 11 a.m. Geneva will take on Case Western and last but not least will face John Carroll at 3 p.m.
