Women′s Soccer struggles to score leaving them with two losses this week against Franciscan (2-0) and Muskingum (3-0).

New Concord, OH - Geneva Women′s Soccer is picking up a bad habit. After today′s loss at Muskingum, Geneva hit its′ third consecutive loss with a scoreless result. Geneva dropped a 3-0 decision at Muskingum, lowering their overall record to 3-5.

Muskingum′s offensive took an overwhelming amount of shots during the first half amounting to a 17-0 shot count. Muskingum forward, Raven Francis, scored two goals in the last ten minutes of the half for a 2-0 half time score.

During the second half, Golden Tornado, Hannah Beckhusen took three shots on frame but none were able to amount to goals. In the last five minutes of play, Muskingum claimed their third goal of the game and the win. GT goal keeper, Kayla Gaines collected five saves in the action.

Tuesday, Geneva will attempt to end their scoreless streak at Wooster for a 4:30 p.m. game.
