Geneva College will host its annual Family Weekend on November 1 and 2. This event provides the opportunity for parents, guardians, siblings, relatives and friends to spend time with students while participating in campus activities.

"I get excited about Family Weekend every year, and this year is no different," said Becky Phillips, Associate Director of Church and Parent Relations. "Staff and faculty from across the campus have come together to form a great line-up of events."

Check-in begins November 1 at 2:30 p.m. Events on Friday night begin with a family dinner at Alexander′s Dining Hall. Families also have a choice between attending a choral Broadway Revue, Family Bingo or a coffeehouse performance by Christian trio Beggar′s Cup. Later in the evening, all are invited to watch Monsters University, as main character Mike Wazowski heads off to college.

Saturday′s events include a variety of sporting events with Geneva′s Golden Tornadoes competing in football, soccer and volleyball. Alumni tailgating before the football game, a fall festival celebration and a second performance of Broadway Revue are also family fun options.
