Erie, PA - Finishing fifth in the Conference, Geneva Tennis traveled to Erie for the Presidents′ Athletic Conference (PAC) two day Championship. All of today′s results and tomorrow′s competitions are found on the PAC′s webpage:

Third slot, double team, Brittany Kress and Courtney Light, won their first round against the Washington & Jefferson Presidents in an 8-4 decision. Kress and Light will face Waynesburg for the semi-final round.

In singles, two Golden Tornadoes won the first and second rounds into the PAC Championship. Christine Bullock defeated W&J in the first round (6-2, 6-0) and Thomas More (5-7, 6-4, 6-2) opponent in the second. Bullock will battle Heather Santa from Westminster for the 2013 fourth singles Championship title. In the fifth place slot, Brittany Kress beat Thomas More with a 6-1, 6-2 final and continued with a win over Westminster′s Lauren Fling (6-1, 6-3). Kress will take on Linnea Peters from Grove City for the title of PAC Champion. The action begins back up early tomorrow morning at 8:30 a.m.
