Pittsburgh, PA - Geneva traveled to Pittsburgh to face the Chatham Cougars for its last in season road game. Geneva claimed a three set win over Chatham (25-18, 25-18, 25-22) for a 21-9 overall record, also raising its Conference record to a 14-2.

Geneva′s Ashley Davis slapped down six kills in the first and only set she played in for the night. Sarah Ormsby picked up where Davis left off, contributing nine kills in sets two and three. Rachel Netherland supported the offensive effort in all three sets with five kills. Netherland also had 20 assists while Abby Wenger added 13 assists. Alexi Ritson and McKala King lead the Golden Tornado defense. Ritson gathered 12 digs and King earned 13 digs. King led Geneva′s serving with two service aces.

Presidents′ Athletic Conference (PAC) opponents were also busy tonight. Bethany defeated the Thomas More Saints to lock in its number one seed for post season. Geneva will face the Bethany Bison at home on Saturday for a 7 p.m. match to attempt to lock in the number two seed and earn a first round bye in next week′s PAC tournament.
