After a long time away from home and a weekend off for the men′s basketball team, Geneva College is welcoming its fans back from the stretch with a community night on February 5. Admission will be free and, courtesy of Pizza Joe′s, pizzas will be given out through the evening.

The Golden Tornadoes will welcome Thomas More that evening, with the women's team playing at 5:30 p.m. and the men's team at 7:30 p.m.

In the women's game, fans will get to see a team that is ranked fifth in the most recent poll. Thomas More's women's team is led by Sydney Moss, daughter of former NFL star Randy Moss, who is among the national scoring leaders and averaging 26.1 points per game.

Geneva College invites students to accept the challenge of an academically excellent, Christ-centered and affordable education. Offering nearly 40 undergraduate majors, Adult Degree Programs with fully online and campus-based options, and seven graduate degrees, programs are recognized for their high quality. U.S. News & World Report ranks Geneva as a Top 10 Best Value in the North Region with one of the Top 100 engineering programs in the nation. Adhering to the inerrancy of Scripture, a Geneva education is grounded in God′s word as well as in a core curriculum designed to prepare students vocationally to think, write and communicate well in today′s world.
