Latrobe, PA- Senior Jordan Harbison (Portersville Christian School) scored 27 points - the highest output of any Geneva player since he scored 31 in a win over Hiram on November 30, but it wasn′t nearly enough as St. Vincent prevailed 77-62.

"Jordy had a great game for us, probably his best game since Hiram," said head coach Jeff Santarsiero. "We played better at times but St. Vincent is pretty good and they shot well early."

Geneva scored first on a Pat Johnson (senior, Grove City, PA) basket but the Bearcats answered quickly and, before the game was six minutes old, St. Vincent had a double-digit lead (16-5) and never gave it up.

"They had a couple of runs in the first half but we outscored them in the second half," Santarsiero said. "We saw some positives but we just have to get back at it."

It was the 14th straight loss for the Golden Tornadoes as they fell to 4-18 and 0-13 in the PAC while St. Vincent improves to 16-6, 13-2. The streak now matches the longest losing streak since a similar streak in 1987-88. The longest losing streak in Geneva history is a 17-game streak in 1981-82.

In addition to Harbison, sophomore Jordan Lawrence (Chapelgate, MD) scored in double digits with 12 points off the bench.

Geneva returns to action at home Saturday for senior night against Grove City.
