The Geneva College Class of 2014 will be gifting the campus with a refreshed look to the tunnel located underneath the student center.

In an effort to leave a positive mark on campus, the "Tornado Tunnel" has been power-washed, and will receive new lighting and signs indicating its new name. Senior Class President Katie Bushaw and the Geneva College Student Union initiated this facelift with the intention of brightening up the lower part of campus.

Designed by Geneva′s Graphic Designer Ryan Cerbus, the white and gold signs were created to foster school spirit and represent the class of 2014.

"We are very excited about the senior class gift because this area of campus sees a great amount of traffic. The lighting and signs will be a great addition to campus for years to come," said Lynsey Auell, Executive Coordinator for Communications for the GCSU.

Geneva College invites students to accept the challenge of an academically excellent, Christ-centered and affordable education. Offering nearly 40 undergraduate majors, Adult Degree Programs with fully online and campus-based options, and seven graduate degrees, programs are recognized for their high quality. U.S. News & World Report ranks Geneva as a Top 10 Best Value in the North Region with one of the Top 100 engineering programs in the nation. Adhering to the inerrancy of Scripture, a Geneva education is grounded in God′s word as well as in a core curriculum designed to prepare students vocationally to think, write and communicate well in today′s world.
