Pater PanGeneva College invites students and the surrounding community to escape to Neverland through the production of Peter Pan, directed by Mindy Williams. Featuring over 30 student performers in a magical twist of the traditional tale, the production will star Adam Speer as Peter Pan and McKenna Pontoli, George Allman and Tyler Piper as the Darling children.

Peter Pan premieres on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 8 p.m. Shows will take place at 8 p.m. on Thursday, October 30 through Saturday, November 1 and again Thursday, November 6 through Saturday, November 8. Additional matinees will be performed on both Saturdays, November 1 and November 8 at 2 p.m.

Performances will take place at The Studio Theater next to Sheetz on Fourth Avenue in Beaver Falls, PA.

The story of Peter Pan follows the adventures of the Darling children and their friend Peter Pan, who refuses to grow up. Peter takes the children to Neverland, where they encounter rambunctious lost boys, conniving pirates, coy mermaids and a mischievous crocodile.

"The magic that happens on the stage will take the audience into anther reality, uncovering a nostalgic feeling, and, in many ways, forcing people to think about what it means to be human," says Technical Director of Theater at Geneva College, Christopher Strangfeld.

Tickets cost $2 for children age 8 and under; $3 for students; $5 for general admission; and $3.50 for Geneva faculty, staff and alumni, as well as senior citizens. To reserve tickets, call the Geneva College Theatre Box Office at 724-847-5099.
