2014 Volleyball PAC Championship Tournament is set

Beaver Falls, PA– Geneva volleyball finished the regular season 22-9 overall, 15-3 in the Presidents’ Athletic Conference. The Golden Tornadoes’ outstanding season has allowed them to enter the PAC Championship Tournament to compete for the title of PAC Champions.

The league released the tournament schedule Saturday evening which gives Geneva home court advantage in the tournament’s quarterfinals Tuesday November 4 at 7 p.m. against Washington & Jefferson College.

The complete tournament schedule is as follows:

Quarterfinals - Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2014 (at campus sites)

#6 Washington & Jefferson College (14-11, 8-10 PAC) at #3 Geneva College (22-9, 15-3 PAC) - 7 p.m.

#5 Westminster College (16-14, 9-9 PAC) at #4 Thiel College (13-16, 10-8 PAC) - 7 p.m.

Semifinals - Friday, November 7, 2014 (at Thomas More College  - Crestview Hills, Ky.)

#4/#5 winner at #1 Thomas More College (27-4, 16-2 PAC) - 6 p.m.

#3/#6 winner vs. #2 Bethany College (25-12, 16-2 PAC) - 8 p.m.

Finals - Saturday, November 8, 2014 (at Thomas More College - Crestview Hills, Ky.)

Semifinal winners - 4 p.m.
