Geneva is once again hosting a spring semester social media contest. From January 14-28, Geneva students, alumni, faculty, staff, friends and others can post photos showing why they love Geneva College using the #ilovegeneva hashtag.

Facebook users should tag Geneva’s Facebook page, while Twitter and Instagram users must be sure to set their accounts to public so that their entries can be seen. There is no limit to the number of photos that can be submitted.“We love Geneva, and we know you do, too,” says Laura Bly, Geneva’s social media manager. “So take a photograph of what you love at Geneva and share it with us.”

Then contestants, along with their family and friends, can vote on their favorite photos through January 28 on Geneva’s Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/genevacollege, using the page’s #ilovegeneva app.

There will be five winners; the first place winner will be awarded $50 while second placers will receive Geneva t-shirts.

This is the second social media photo contest that Geneva has hosted. Last year’s contest was “Spring Break Selfies.”

Geneva College invites students to step forward and leap ahead with an academically excellent, Christ-centered and affordable education.
