For My Gentlemen Night 2015: MGN Part Deux (Part Dos), three of Geneva College’s student bands will send the campus into summer on a high note with a concert on Saturday, May 2 at 7 p.m. in Johnston Gym. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and admission is free and open to the public.

The concert features extended sets from The Gentlemen, Primer & Grayscale and Isaac Fritsch. Other performers include Jeremy Schep, Caleb LaDuke, Christen Norris and Matt Montgomery.

The GentlemenThe Gentlemen joined the Geneva College music scene in 2012. In 2013, they released their first recording, The Gentlemen EP, and celebrated by hosting the first My Gentlemen Night. In 2014, they returned from a year-long hiatus to release the Late Night Lottery EP and recruited current guitarist David Parker. The Gentlemen describe themselves as “indescribable” and rock/alternative. They are made up of Matthew Neal (drums/vocals), David Parker (guitar/vocals) and Ian “Charles” Taylor (bass/vocals).

Primer and GreyscalePrimer & Grayscale, formerly known as The Misinformation Desk, are Zack Bowman (vocals/guitar), Dewey Fry (guitar), Ian Miller (guitar), C. Moody Smith (bass/vocals) and Adam Strapp (drums). Their sound can be described as a combination of indie, punk and emo.

Isaac Fritsch

Isaac Fritsch returns from a spring semester at The Contemporary Music Center in Nashville, Tennessee, where he crafted his country rock abilities. He will be joined by Darrin Tarasovich on keyboard.
