Geneva has 41 named PAC Scholar Athletes

Spring PAC Honor Roll

Beaver Falls, PA – Geneva College had 41 student-athletes named as Scholar-Athletes by the President’s Athletic Conference, it was announced this week. To qualify for the list, student-athletes must have earned a 3.6 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale). In its five years in the conference, Geneva has averaged over 34 student-athletes on the spring list.

“Our number one priority has and always will be excellence in the classroom,” said Geneva athletic director Van Zanic. “It is always one of the major highlights of the year to see all of our men and women student-athletes being honored for their outstanding work in the classroom. I couldn’t be prouder of the student-athletes that have worked so hard to be recognized by the conference and of this coaching staff that works diligently to help those student-athletes reach their goals on and off the field.”

The list follows and features five student-athletes who were also honored by the PAC for their on-field success. Cameron Unrath (sophomore business major, Pine-Richland HS) was a first-team selection in track and field while Isaac Barringer (sophomore engineering major, track and field, Toledo Christian), Madelyn Blosser (freshman education major, track and field, Cumberland Valley), Christina Noble (freshman political science major, track and field, Union (PA), and Anna Wargo (senior education major, track and field, Avonworth).
