Electronic Billing for Traditional, Adult and Graduate Students

Nelnet

Geneva College is switching to Nelnet electronic billing for all traditional, adult and graduate students. The paper bills being sent out for the fall semester of 2015 are the last paper bills Geneva will issue. Effective November 1, 2015, Geneva’s new vendor Nelnet Business Solutions (NBS) will provide a platform to handle bills and provide several helpful services in one easy-to-use online location.

Nelnet’s paperless system will include the following services:

  • E-billing – Electronic bills (no more paper) available for students and parents
  • Authorized Payer Access – Designate parents or other party to view your bill and have access to make payments on your account
  • Student Choice Refunds – For the first time, students will be able to receive refunds by ACH deposit directly into their personal bank accounts
  • Student Account Balance and Activity
  • ACH/Credit Card Payments
  • Payment Plans (not available for graduate, ADP, CUBM or international students)

Geneva students will be able to take advantage of these services online from one ‘landing page’ where these services will be made available.

These changes are part of Geneva College’s commitment to helping every student receive a Christ-centered, quality education at an affordable cost.

Geneva College invites students to step forward and leap ahead with an academically excellent, Christ-centered and affordable education. Offering nearly 40 undergraduate majors, Adult Degree Programs with fully online and campus-based options, and high-demand advanced graduate degrees, Geneva's programs are recognized for their high quality. U.S. News & World Report ranks Geneva as a Top 10 Best Value with one of the Top 100 engineering programs in the nation.
