Geneva Track Heads to Massachusetts for ECAC Postseason

Beaver Falls, PA – Four Golden Tornadoes will compete on Wednesday and Thursday, May 18-19, 2016 at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) postseason in Westfield, Massachusetts. Alex Parker (Meadville, PA / Meadville) and Dalton Paxson (Rochester, PA / Rochester) will compete in the men’s 110 meter hurdles, Jacob Mellinger (Leetonia, OH / Crestview) will run in the men’s 200 and 400 meter dash and Nicole Bartoletta (Monaca, PA / Central Valley) will compete in the women’s 100 meter hurdles.

 “This was a special season for these teams,” said head coach Phil Thompson. “They have trained so much in the off-season and it really paid off. I am very proud of their accomplishments and look forward to the ECACs.”
