David McKinley Named PAC Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week

mckinleyBeaver Falls, PA – Geneva men’s soccer sophomore midfielder David McKinley (Bellville, OH/Clear Fork) was named the Presidents’ Athletic Conference Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week.

McKinley posted two game winning goals against Allegheny College and Grove City College.

On Wednesday (Sep. 28) McKinley’s overtime golden goal header handed Geneva a 2-1 decision over Allegheny.

Saturday night (Oct. 1) Geneva’s early goal was matched for a 1-1 score with ten minutes remaining in regulation.

McKinley finished Josh Brenize’s (Chambersburg, PA/Chambersburg) corner kick for the 2-1 win and 1-0 record in the PAC.
