(BEAVER FALLS, Pa.) – New Song, a special music ministry of Geneva College, will tour the USA this summer, sharing the gospel as they raise their voices in harmonious melody. From July to August, this nine-student musical ensemble will sing in nine states, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky and Ohio.
New Song members are selected based on their musical abilities, gifts in dramatic presentation, and their desire and commitment to serve Jesus Christ. Students commit to a year of membership in which they perform over 25 times on their summer tour and sing a prelude at Geneva’s weekly chapel service during the academic year.

In the past, New Song has toured throughout the continental U.S., Canada and mainland China. For 41 years, they have brought encouragement to fellow believers and have shared the gospel of Jesus Christ, touching the lives of thousands.
“Seeking to witness to the lost and build up the church, we strive to be good ambassadors for Christ and Geneva College,” says New Song Director Lindsay Shaffer. “It is so rewarding to see God work in these nine students’ hearts and use them to bless others.”
