Christine Bullock – Tennis Junior – Singles and Doubles Wrentham, MA HS: King Philip Regional Christine Bullock has been selected as the female student-athlete of the week. Bullock advanced to the Presidents’ Athletic Conference flight five singles match on Saturday before bowing out and settling for a second place finish. She won a pair of matches on Friday to advance to the finals including a three-hour marathon victory over Washington & Jefferson in the first round. She won that match in three sets before winning her semi-final match in straight sets. |

Bryan Butler – Soccer Sophomore – Goal Keeper Millersville, MD HS: Annapolis Christian Bryan Butler has been selected as the male student-athlete of the week. Butler has a current streak of three consecutive shut-outs including a pair of shut-outs this past week. Butler was forced to make just one save in Geneva’s 2-0 win at Waynesburg on Tuesday but was put to the test with a seven save effort to salvage a 0-0 double overtime tie with Grove City on Saturday. Butler has a current streak of over 300 consecutive minutes without allowing a goal. For the season, he has posted seven shut-outs which is the third highest single season total in school history. |

The first biopsychology major graduated in 2012 and has been hired as an IOM Tech in UPMC’s Center for Clinical Neurophysiology (CCN).
