Michawn Rich - Softball Michawn Rich has been selected as this week's Female Athlete of the week. Rich slugged an impressive .600 batting average in the first ten games of the season. In 30 at-bats, Rich had 18 hits, including six doubles. She also led the team with seven runs scored and a solid .800 slugging percentage. Geneva finished the week with a record of 4-6, including victories in three of the last four games. |

Tadd Eyster - Baseball Tadd Eyster has been selected as this week's Male Athlete of the week. Eyster posted a .500 batting average in helping the Golden Torandoes to a 3-3 record in the first week of the season. Eyster also clubbed a pair of homers while driving in six runs to help the Golden Tornadoes to three consecutive victories to end the week. |
