Julia Urbanski – Track and Field Julia Urbanski has been selected as the female student-athlete of the week. In addition to walking away with a pair of top ten finishes at the NCCAA national track and field meet, Urbanski took home the most prestigious award of the day. She was honored with the 2011 NCCAA Wheeler Award that goes to only one male and one female athlete across the country. The award symbolizes a student-athlete that exemplifies faith through Christ-like track and field participation. On the track, she finished fifth in the 1500 meter race and sixth in the 800 meter event to close out a brilliant career at Geneva College. |

Nathan Mansor – Track and Field Nathan Mansor has been selected as the male student-athlete of the week. Mansor turned in his best performance on the national stage with a fourth place overall finish in the 3000 meter steeplechase event. One of a record 20 participating Geneva student-athletes at the NCCAA national track and field meet, Mansor turned in the best finish of all of those athletes going up against the best in the country. |
