Kara Zimmerman – Tennis Kara Zimmerman has been selected the Female Student-Athlete of the Week. Zimmerman helped lead the Golden Tornadoes to victories over W & J, Bethany and Carlow this past week. The Golden Tornadoes have won five straight matches and have improved their record to 7-4. Zimmerman posted a perfect 6-0 record this week with three victories and singles play and three wins alongside doubles partner Chelsea Cover. |

Nick Edinger – Cross Country Nick Edinger has been selected the Male Student-Athlete of the Week. Edinger led the Geneva men’s cross country team to a fourth place finish at the Bobcat Invitational at the University of Pitt-Greensburg. Edinger picked up a ninth place overall finish as Geneva’s top finisher in a time of 29:20. Along with teammate Ryan Thorn who finished 11th, Edinger turned in one of the finest performances of the season. |
