All teams will be staying at the Hampton Inn and Fairfield Inn, Tiffany South, Poland, Ohio
These hotels are completely booked due to the number of rooms necessary for our teams.

CHAMPIONSHIP BANQUET
The Championship Banquet will be held in Alexander Hall on the Geneva College campus.
The Banquet is set to begin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday evening May 20.
Each team will receive 25 tickets to the banquet.
Teams with more than 25 in their party will be able to purchase additional tickets for $10
Our Guest Speaker will be Mr. Tom Roy from Unlimited Potential

COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS
Each team is asked to check into the hotels no later than Tuesday morning May 20.
Each team will be given a Community Service Project for Tuesday afternoon

COACHES’ MEETING
All Head Coaches will meet at 4:00 p.m. at the Hampton Inn on Tues, May 20th.
Tournament procedures will be discussed as well as NCCAA All-American selections

PHOTOGRAPHY
A professional photographer will be taking pictures of all teams during the tournament.
A cd of photographs will be provided to each team for a single charge of $200.
Each team may then reproduce the photos as they wish as long as they do not sell the photos.

TOURNAMENT T-SHIRTS
Tournament T-shirts will be available for purchase at the ballpark for $12.
Coaches wishing to buy shirts for their team should provide sizes at the coaches’ meeting.

TICKET PRICES
There will be no advance ticket sales
Ticket gates will open one hour before the first game(s) of the day
