Business Placement Results

The Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management prepares students for business careers dealing directly with the management of people.  Students are prepared in content areas of employee recruitment, socialization, motivation, training and development, legal compliance, evaluation, retention and any other contemporary issues.

In addition to Geneva and business core classes, students in this concentration take the following human resource management courses:

  • Collective Bargaining & Labor Relations (BUS 450)
  • Compensation Management (BUS 451)
  • Employee Benefits (BUS 452)
  • Strategic Human Resouce Management (BUS 455)
