Human Resource Management

The Human Resource Management concentration prepares students for business careers dealing directly with the management of people.  Students are prepared in content areas of employee recruitment, socialization, motivation, training and development, legal compliance, evaluation, retention and any other contemporary issues.

In addition to Geneva and business core classes, students in the human resource management concentration take the following:

  • Collective Bargaining & Labor Relations (BUS 450)
  • Compensation Management (BUS 451)
  • Employee Benefits (BUS 452)
  • Strategic Human Resouce Management (BUS 455)

 

Point of Excellence

Geneva’s Adult Degree Completion Program (ADCP) offers two fully online majors—Christian Ministry Leadership and Human Resources.
