    Primary purpose of position:
To facilitate conversation activities with pairs of students enrolled in SPA 101 and 201 and to encourage these students by helping them to improve their speaking abilities in Spanish
    Duties and responsibilities:  
      Conversation Aides are given a set of conversational activities that they will do during each hour with Spanish students.
    Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
Must be enrolled in Advanced Spanish conversation class (SPA 315, 319, 320, 321) or have completed the Spanish minor at Geneva and/or be fluent in Spanish.

                Tutoring experience preferred

EGR 101 Lab Assistant/Grader

Work Hours/Schedule: Wed. 1:25-4:30 p.m.(partial ok depending on schedule) and some grading outside of class periods. Approx. 4 hrs/week.

    Primary purpose of position:
Grading and laboratory support for EGR101.      
    Duties and responsibilities:  
      Assist students groups with applying engineering design method, providing feedback and evaluating progress, assistance with machine shop, electronics and/or LabVIEW programming issues.
    Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
Desired skills include familiarity with machine shop, basic electronics, LabVIEW and the engineering design process. Also require an ability to give clear written and oral feedback on design work and related homework.
    Educational requirements and/or experience requirements: 
                Successful completion of EGR101 or its equivalent.

    Additional information:
      A weekly course planning meeting will be scheduled at a time to be determined based on schedules of all involved. Student not available for the entire Wednesday lab period will be considered, based on achieving a good mix of people to cover all needs.
