Duties and responsibilities: answer multi line phone, give directions, greet visitors, provide customer service, interact with faculty, staff, leadership team, visitors and guest.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required: must speak clearly, be friendly, have knowledge of campus, knowledge of campus faculty and staff helpful, data entry, run multi line phone.

Educational requirements and/or experience: experience on multi line phone helpful but not required. Customer Service experience helpful.

Additional Information: This position has limited hour available and requires availability during lunch hours

Work Hours/Schedule: Five hours per week (avg.) The employee should be available to work approximately two daylight hours during the week and three evening hours on one weeknight. Hours may vary depending on building needs.

Primary purpose of position: The employee will aid in the operation of the IMC.

Duties and responsibilities: The employee will be expected to monitor student usage of the building and assist students with the audio/video production equipment. The employee will help to organize, catalog, and maintain the equipment and facilities. Light lifting of equipment may be required. The employee may also help with administrative office duties.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required: The employee must be highly responsible and organized. Knowledge of audio/video hardware and software strongly recommended. The employee must work well with others and be able to assist students in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.

Educational requirements and/or experience: The ideal employee should be an upperclassman and be connected to the Communication Department, particularly the Integrated Media emphasis. Others that meet the above requirements are encouraged to apply.

*Assist the teachers during snack time. Help pass out snacks and clean up
*Assist teachers with motivation. This includes but is not limited to leading motivational pledges
*Monitor and tutor students in completing and reviewing their homework
*Complete and check all required forms (warm-ups, kool-downs, daily reports)
*Report all discipline problems to the teachers
*Help maintain a positive, fun and safe environment for the students
*All other duties asked of Dare2XL staff
