Career counseling is available to all students. These services are free, confidential, and personalized. Career counseling can help you identify:

  • Your talents, interests, abilities, and goals
  • Potential areas of study (majors, minors, concentrations, study abroad)
  • Career options and information
  • Related experience opportunities (ie: internships and campus involvement)
  • Job search strategies
  • Grad school options

A typical career counseling sequence includes:

  • Taking the Career Direct , an online  personalized assessment) of personality, skills, and interests
  • Meeting with a Career Counselor to discuss how the Career Direct results fit into your time at Geneva
  • Creating an action plan of next steps to help you meet your goals
