About one-fourth of our alumni in recent years have gone on to graduate school for a M.S. or Ph.D. Graduate school in chemistry is FREE, with teaching or research assistantships paying tuition plus a stipend of $12,000 to $16,000 per year. A graduate degree increases the options for research-level work in chemistry, as well as college-level teaching. Geneva graduates have been able to do well in graduate programs at large universities as listed below.
