Students that study in the Department of Computer Science, Mathematics & Physics open themselves to a realm of possibilities. Each of these three areas form foundations for many of the products used in contemporary society — personal computers and software, transportation, communication devices and more. Gaining understanding and training in these foundations equips our students with an education that is versatile and that adapts to the changing marketplace. At the core of our department is the belief that students must understand scientific foundations to become leaders in today’s age of information and technology.

In addition, the entire curriculum is rooted in a Christian worldview. This enables all students to balance their technical training with a standard of Christian ethics, allowing students to view their work as contributing to the Kingdom of God.
