You will have the exciting opportunity to spend a semester living and learning in beautiful Airdrie , Scotland . Airdrie lies at the western flank of Scotland 's "Central Belt," which extends eastward from Glasgow toward Edinburgh and encompasses the majority of the country's population. While in Airdrie, you will live in a restored 2-story coach house with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The house is right next door to Andrew Quigley, the pastor of Airdrie Reformed Presbyterian Church and instructor with the Covenanter Theological Institute. While living here, you will have the unique opportunity to intensively study and minister with Pastor Andrew Quigley. Some of the exciting goals of this program include the following: a) provision of an international experience framed within an evangelical Christian view of multi-cultural diversity; b) involvement in Christian ministry suitable to undergraduate men and women that involves the challenge of representing Christ to an urban population in a post-Christian society; c) training in one-to-one discipleship with an experienced pastor; and d) study in the history and theology of the Scottish Reformation.
