Organizational Development

The organizational development major prepares contemporary college graduates to respond effectively to rapid changes – changes in any organization, large or small. The major recognizes a variety of perspectives on organizational structures and the forces that drive and control change within organizations. Geneva College’s Reformed heritage and a focus on ethics and worldview guide content and critique within this major. The major helps students become self-aware, higher-order thinkers who can analyze complex human systems, who can lead others effectively, and who can anticipate and facilitate rapid change
