Family Weekend 2012 – November 9-10
Registration for Family Weekend 2012 is now closed.
We will no longer be accepting pre-registrations for any of our Family Weekend events. If you wish to purchase additional tickets, we will have a limited quantity available at the Hospitality and Registration Center on a first-come, first-serve basis.

|Advance reservations are required. $10 for adults, $5 for children under 12. Students swipe their meal card but may not swipe for guests. Reservations are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.|
|7:30 p.m.||Broadway Revue||Old Main, John H. White Chapel|
|Geneva Women present this annual showcase of students performing a repertoire of Broadway songs. Advance purchase: $6 for adults, $3 for children and students. At the door: $7 for adults, $3 for children and students.|
|7:30 p.m.||Family Feud||Student Center, Skye Lounge|
|Student activities will host an evening of "Family Feud". Participant sign-ups will be at the door.|
|9:15 p.m.||Student & Sibling Movie – Gnomeo & Juliet||Metheny Fieldhouse|
|Students and siblings are invited to watch Gnomeo & Juliet together. Bring your pillows and blankets. Pop and popcorn will be provided. No charge, advance reservations requested.|
|11 p.m.||Siblings – to the resident halls|
|Siblings age 10 and older of the same gender are invited to stay in the residence halls. Students may volunteer to “adopt-a-sibling” to accommodate everyone. Children under 10 can look forward to this experience in future years.|

|Engineering Major at Geneva||Northwood, Room 013|
|Dr. Che will give a presentation about our outstanding engineering department. Geneva offers programs in chemical, civil, computer, electrical, environmental, interdisciplinary and mechanical engineering. Attendees will receive an overview of the department including outcomes from participation in national competitions, jobs held by alumni and internship possibilities.|

|Dr. Gayle Copeland will give a presentation about our outstanding education department. Geneva offers a variety of certification programs, as well as graduate programs in Reading and Special Education. Attendees will receive an overview of the department including technology samples from current students, overseas student teaching opportunities and the changing landscape of education.|

|Enjoy family mealtime together and listen to Geneva’ s 2011 Excellence in Teacher Award recipient, Dr. Terry Thomas. Advance reservations are required and may be limited: $12 for adults and Geneva students, $6 for children under 12. Geneva students may NOT swipe for this meal and must have a paid ticket to attend.|

|Alumni parents of current students and their children are invited to a pregame reception with complimentary hot cider and sweet treats hosted by the Geneva Alumni Council. Celebrate the joy of sharing an alma mater with your child. No charge, advance reservations requested.|
|1 p.m.||Football game vs. Westminster College||Reeves Field|
|Come join us in watching the Geneva College Golden Tornado football team on their “Senior Day.”|
NEW THIS YEAR: Complimentary football tickets are available at the Hospitality and Registration Center (Student Center, 2nd floor) during hours of operation. There is a maximum of 10 tickets per Geneva student. Students are admitted free with their ID. The tickets MUST be picked up no later than noon on Saturday, November 10, and no complimentary tickets will be available at the stadium.
|3-7 p.m.||Fall Fest||Apartments Parking Lot|
|Enjoy family-friendly festivities in the parking lot of the Geneva College apartments. Tickets are $5/person and include a hot dog meal and all of the fun events. Advance purchase meal tickets are required for all guests. Geneva students do not need tickets and may attend this event for free.|
